This is the first ever vinyl release of the soundtrack from the 1991 popular and culturally impactful TV series.

Some consider Tokyo Love Story to be the best Japanese TV drama for its modern take on the interior lives of its characters. Certainly it has left a lasting influence on mainstream Japanese entertainment.

In 1991, the original soundtrack of the trendy drama masterpiece "Tokyo Love Story", which recorded high ratings as a Fuji TV drama, was released as a 35th anniversary edition, and high-quality Blu-spec CD 2 (latest remastered ー) and will be re-released in analog discs (first analogization).

For the re-release, 9 of the 13 original songs are recorded in the 2026 version (Composer's Re-edit 2026) that was re-edited by the composer Toshifumi Hyuga himself. In addition, as a bonus track, "Good Evening, Heartache Orchestra ver." And "Rica's Theme Special ver.", which was cut as a single at the time. Additional recording. " Rica's Theme Special ver.
