Released in 1992, Once Upon a Dream is the second volume in the Tsuyoshi Yamamoto Trio's Fantasy Jazz series, following the highly acclaimed La La Lu - Jazz in Wonderland. Continuing the concept of its predecessor, the album transforms beloved Disney classics and other familiar melodies into elegant, melodic jazz performances in Tsuyoshi Yamamoto's signature style.
