We take the greatest care to ship all items in the highest quality mailers available with bubble wrap so your items get to you as safely as we can control.  

All LPs and CDs are shipped in the archival outer and inner sleeves (4mm when available). Most of our Japanese records are shipped with the record in the inner sleeve and removed from the jacket to prevent seam splits and ring wear.  We are happy to do this for sealed albums upon request. 

Notes that nearly all new releases in Japan are not shrink wrapped.  Our Brand New stock comes from the manufacturer, the label's distributor or authorized retailers.

Our domestic US shipments are sent through the USPS at Ground Advantage and come with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you would like your music at a faster rate, let us know and we can share the price for an upgrade.
